How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE within the continental U.S. Please contact us for shipping prices outside of the continental U.S. *We only ship to addresses that match the billing address at time of purchase.

Can I return frames?

Yes, you can return frames within 7 days of receiving your order unless it is a limited edition frame. All items must be returned in the exact same condition you recieved them, including the original packaging. *All limited edition frames are final sale. We will not accept returns or exchanges for limited edition sales. 

How do I make a return?

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service department at diamanteeyewear@gmail.com. We will issue you a return authorization number (RA) that must be written on the outside of the shipping box.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All frames are shipped through USPS Priority. It will take 3-7 business days for you to receive your order.

What is in included with my order?

All frames come with a custom case and custom microfiber cleaning cloth.

Why didn't my order go through?

Your provided shipping address must match your billing address. If this is not the case, please try another method of payment or contact us at diamanteeyewear@gmail.com.

What are the frames made of?

All of the brown woods are natural African Boubinga wood. All colored woods are natural maple wood, dyed with custom colors. All metals are real gold or real silver.

Are all lenses scratch resistant?

Yes, all lenses are scratch-resistant. However, lenses are not scratch-proof. We recommend using only our microfiber cleaning cloth to clean your lenses. There is no warranty on lenses.

Do all frames have spring loaded hinges?

Yes. Our spring loaded hinges allow the frames to be more durable and have a better overall fit.
